Return Policy
At Afterimage Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To qualify for a return, items must be in new, unused condition, uninstalled, with all original hardware and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@afterimagelighting.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and detailed return instructions.

Important: Returns must be authorized before being shipped. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@afterimagelighting.com. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory outcome.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made and built-to-order lighting products are not eligible for return. Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order. Once your return is approved and received, a refund will be issued according to our standard refund policy.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
